1. Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer purchasing goods from our website, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods by emailing us at contact@whimsygoody.shop.

Once you have informed us of your decision to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

2. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us first to request a return authorisation and return label.
• Items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of cancellation.
• Items should be in the same condition in which you received them.
• Items should be returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation where possible.
• You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop, but we may make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced through handling beyond what is necessary.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may experience delays in processing.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email contact@whimsygoody.shop with:

• Your order number
• Your full name
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for return (optional)

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning your item and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Please do not send items back until you have received return instructions from us.

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The right to cancel does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalised products.
• Perishable goods.
• Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
• Sealed audio, video, software, or digital products that have been unsealed or accessed after delivery where applicable.
• Any other products excluded under applicable UK consumer legislation.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund where a return label is provided by us.

If the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will provide a return label at no cost to you and reimburse any reasonable return shipping costs incurred with our prior approval.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

For cancelled orders under your statutory cancellation rights, refunds will be processed within 14 days of:

• Receiving the returned goods; or
• Receiving evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will include the original standard delivery charge paid by you. Any premium delivery charges selected at checkout are non-refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.

7. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

• Of satisfactory quality;
• Fit for purpose; and
• As described.

If your goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact contact@whimsygoody.shop as soon as possible.

If a fault is discovered within 30 days of delivery, you may be entitled to reject the goods and receive a full refund.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
